Our Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your CookLuxe purchase. If you're not happy, we're not happy.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at cookluxestore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with next steps.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately with a photo and we'll send a replacement at no extra cost.

Non-Refundable Items

Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
